Objectives: Teach students routine and grading for presentations. Introduce students to word game to promote vocabulary and participation.
Lesson: (1) Students (David, Christina, Jin) give presentations in class. Assess presentations based on rubric. Explain assessment to other students. Remind Rachel and ChaeRi that they have 3 presentations due Tuesday at 4:30 in my classroom (over 3 different science articles). (2)
Assignment: (1) ALL students email URL to Mr. Reimer before class and bring note card with notes for presenting your science article (this is 4th one). (2) All students bring their 12 vocab words WITH defintions to class.
