1. Include MANY examples of heat trasnfer that we see every day: stoves, forced air, cold window glass. hot light bulb; cooking (melting butter in a pan; melting sugar for use in candy.)
2. Specficially teach "radiation"
3. Summative assessment in essay form was GOOD idea.
