There are a LOT of ideas and methods for making class better. I will record some of mine here. This applies to all classes, but specific notes for specific classes will be here too.

Rubrics are grading guides that often look like a "table" having columns and rows.

Curriculum

The question, "What is worth knowing?" fascinates me. I love to work on it; deciding what to teach my students; weeding wordy textbooks. In fact one of my personal goals is to write my own biology textbook for a class I teach at GSIS.

Believe it or not, one of the hardest things in education is identifying what to teach or what should be taught. I have found some great material and will supply links to the original, where it can be found, and otherwise will publish material that I consider valuable directly on this page.

What can't you not do?

Are dreams unmet longings?

Things have gotten lost
